  • Develop and propose effective seasonal and in-season stocking strategies to optimize revenue and margin outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain partners to adjust and optimize supply plans and inventory levels.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of regional demand plans, participating actively in regional demand reviews.
  • Leverage IBP/S&OP processes to provide insights and facilitate decision-making among cross-functional teams.

Overview

The Demand Planner for HEYDUDE is responsible for owning and coordinating the mid- to long-term demand plan for an assigned sales channel within the Americas region. This role partners cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Planning teams to translate commercial strategies into balanced demand, inventory, and supply plans that support profitable growth and strong in-stock performance. This position operates in a highly collaborative environment and plays a critical role in the regional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Merchandising Financial Planning (MFP) processes.

What You'll Do

  • Own the demand plan for an assigned Americas sales channel, aligning forecasts with commercial priorities as the business approaches seasonal buy execution.
  • Interpret changes in buying strategy and market signals into product investment recommendations, balancing sales growth with inventory and margin objectives.
  • Lead inventory and supply planning efforts to proactively manage in-stock levels and mitigate supply risks.
  • Develop and propose seasonal and in-season stocking strategies to commercial stakeholders, optimizing revenue, margin, and working capital outcomes.
  • Coordinate upstream with Supply Chain partners to monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot supply plans while optimizing inventory across the region.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of regional demand plans and play an active role in regional demand reviews.
  • Leverage IBP / S&OP processes to surface demand insights and support aligned decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Partner closely with Global MFP and regional Merchandising teams to translate seasonal plans into region- and channel-specific demand plans and tools.

Salary or Pay Range: $87,000 - $97,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
