The Delivery Technology Lead will bring broad experience across enterprise cloud, data centers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, customer experience technologies, application modernization, artificial intelligence, automation, telecommunications, and managed services.
Primary Responsibilities- In depth understanding of emerging IT technologies in order to create directorate level business processes. Stays abreast of emerging technologies and shares knowledge with others.
- Partners with various stakeholder organizations to lead planning and business process improvement efforts.
- Maintains expertise by in-depth involvement in the state-of-the-art research and technology development in the field.
- Monitors and/or participates in industry user forums, working groups in area of expertise.
- Coordinate with growth and operational leadership to ensure technical resources and solutions are appropriately deployed in support of customer requirements and business priorities.
- Participates in the proposal process and contributes to critical milestones in the proposal process including storyboards, proposal technical approach, proposed staffing, and content development discussions, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security Business, Engineering, Management or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 7+ years of Project Management experience and management experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a technical field

- Must have experience working on government contracts.

- Demonstrated ability to lead the technical development of large, complex, and strategically significant government opportunities.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, contract environments, security requirements, compliance obligations, and technology-adoption challenges.
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams within a matrixed organization.
