As an Operations Manager, you will lead large-scale sales and client operations programs that support advertising growth and go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing people leaders, and ensuring consistent performance against revenue, efficiency, and client success metrics.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while leveraging established governance frameworks, tools, and cross functional- partnerships. This role serves as a strategic operational leader and acts as a delegate for senior program leadership when necessary.
Scope of the Role
- Full ownership of a single large-scale sales or client operations program within a defined geography
- Accountability for revenue performance, productivity, quality, client outcomes, and operational delivery
- Direct collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, and HR
- Strategic influence over go-to-market optimization, operational scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Responsibility for governance, risk management, and operational continuity
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Own total program performance against sales targets, client success measures, SLAs, and KPIs
- Establish and run effective governance forums, performance reviews, and business rhythms to drive results
- Identify performance gaps and lead corrective action plans using data driven- insights
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead ongoing client and internal stakeholder engagement
- Drive optimization of go-to-market strategies and execution models
- Set, calibrate, and manage goal achievement expectations
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand scope, impact, and efficiency over time
Operational Deliverables
- Produce regular operational and executive level- performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics
- Maintain accountability for financial processes including invoicing coordination and budget alignment
People Leadership
- Provide career counseling and performance coaching to Sales Managers
- Ensure appropriate staffing models, enablement, and support structures are in place to meet program goals
- Guide support functions (training, quality, analytics, reporting, workforce management) to ensure alignment to targets
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance through strong leadership and clear accountability
- Partner with HR to execute people programs, talent planning, and succession strategies
- Enforce client policies related to performance management, conduct, and workplace standards
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, sales leadership, or business operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using sales, analytics, or reporting tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing large-scale operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Google suite including Google docs, sheets and presentations and/or Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and client facing- presentations
- Digital Inside Sales experience
- Digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with performance based- advertising or sales environments
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing people leaders
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data driven- decisions and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for executive level- audiences
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Deadline driven, results oriented, and comfortable operating in fast paced- environments
- Self-starter- mentality with the ability to drive operational improvements and implement new initiatives
