- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize strong Java knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
