Full Job Description
About the Role

DriveWealth wins partners on solution design; this role owns the following: converting signed contracts into live, revenue-generating integrations. You will manage partner integration delivery end-to-end-including planning, requirements, documentation, and communication-from contract signature to launch handover. This role offloads project management and documentation from Solutions Engineers, allowing them to focus on technical execution. As a technical business analyst owning delivery outcomes, you will be fluent in APIs and the securities lifecycle to write clear requirements, manage senior partner relationships, and build delivery methodologies from the ground up while executing live integrations.

What You'll Do
  • Delivery end to end - plan, milestones, dependencies, critical path, go-live. Including a clean handover from pre-sales, so nothing agreed in the sales cycle is lost and nothing undeliverable is inherited.
  • Requirements and analysis - lead discovery alongside the Solutions Engineer; own the requirements, data mappings, and field-level specs. Map partner workflows against DriveWealth capability across account opening, KYC, funding, order routing, execution, settlement, corporate actions, and reporting - surfacing gaps early rather than late.
  • Documentation - the full integration record: workflow maps, configuration decisions, decision log, meeting actions, open items. Turn recurring partner questions into reusable documentation so the same explanation isn't given twice.
  • Delivery cadence and blockers - run the rhythm, adapted to each partner (most integrations run on the partner's release calendar, not ours). Clear blockers across Engineering, Product, Client Operations, Compliance, and the partner. Escalate early and without drama.
  • Go/no-go readiness - own UAT coordination and the evidence pack that makes "are we ready to launch?" a documented answer rather than a judgement call.
  • Communication and risk - own the partner-facing delivery narrative and report health upward honestly enough that leadership hears about slippage from you, not the partner. Surface timeline, scope, and dependency risk with the trade-off attached. Manage scope actively; route unfunded change commercially.
  • Voice of the customer - advocate for the partner internally, carrying recurring integration friction into Product as evidenced feedback, and delivery reality back into pre-sales.
  • Launch and beyond - run post-launch stabilization and formal handover to Client Operations against defined exit criteria. Own subsequent change delivery for live partners: new products, markets, and asset classes onto existing integrations.

You Bring
  • 7+ years in business analysis, implementation, or client-facing delivery within financial services, capital markets, brokerage, payments, or B2B fintech.
  • Demonstrable ownership of external client integrations end to end - you've run go-lives, not just workstreams.
  • Practical API literacy: read an OpenAPI spec, follow a Postman collection, read a JSON payload, write a requirement referencing the right endpoint and fields.
  • Exceptional requirements and documentation craft. This role is judged substantially on its artifacts.
  • Working knowledge of the securities lifecycle; fluency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders, including difficult conversations about dates.
  • Strongly preferred: vendor or platform-side delivery into financial institutions (Fidessa/ION, FIS, Broadridge, Apex or similar); embedded finance, BaaS, or brokerage-as-a-service models; experience standing up a delivery function where none existed; SEC/FINRA-regulated delivery.

Location
This role is open to candidates in the following locations: New York City, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Miami, San Francisco Bay Area, or Seattle.
  • If based in New York or Chicago: This role is expected to come into the office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
  • If based in Austin, Dallas, Denver, Miami, San Francisco, or Seattle: This is a fully remote role.
  • If you're not based in one of the locations listed above, this role is not a fit, and we cannot accommodate remote work outside these locations.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. DriveWealth does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Pay Range: $175,000 - $190,000 USD

Working at DriveWealth

We do our best work when we're in the same room. To maintain the speed our partners expect, our New York, Chicago, and Lithuania teams work in office on a hybrid schedule. We've found that being physically side-by-side is the only way to solve complex problems in real-time and stay truly accountable to the products we ship. When you're here, you're working directly with the people making the decisions.

To support that work, we provide competitive compensation, equity, and a 401(k) match. We also offer Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance, and Paid Parental Leave, along with a wellness reimbursement, a company-provided phone, and a personal development allowance. Finally, we value the time you spend away from the office with generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and observed holidays.

How We Think About AI

We leverage AI to work smarter and move faster. We seek AI-curious talent who are proactive about using emerging tools to increase signal quality, reduce friction, and improve outcomes to deliver products faster, provide better service to our partners, and to streamline processes. Your ability to leverage our internal tools and technology to drive results is as important to us as your core domain expertise.

Compensation

Pay is generally based on the level, complexity, responsibility, location, and job duties/requirements of the specific position. We then source candidates with the requisite skills, expertise, education, training, and experience. If you are selected for an interview, please feel welcome to speak to a recruiter about our compensation philosophy and other available benefits. This role is eligible for base, bonus, equity, 401(k) match, and heavily subsidized benefits and perks.
