Job Type Full-time Description NetCentrics is seeking a motivated and technically experienced Delivery Leader / Program Manager to oversee multiple enterprise AV/VTC programs supporting Federal customers. This role is ideal for an experienced AV/VTC professional who has moved into leadership or project management and is looking to continue growing into a larger enterprise Program Management and Delivery Leadership position. The selected candidate will oversee operational delivery, customer engagement, PMO coordination, personnel management, and program execution across multiple supported environments. This individual will lead monthly PMO Operations Meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help drive operational consistency and customer satisfaction. This role is designed for someone who understands AV/VTC technologies and operations but is looking to further develop their leadership and program management experience within a growing Federal contractor environment. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Operational Leadership • Oversee day-to-day delivery operations across multiple AV/VTC programs and support teams • Lead recurring PMO Operations Meetings with internal leadership and Government stakeholders • Coordinate operational priorities, staffing support, escalations, and customer communication efforts • Ensure programs meet contract requirements, operational metrics, and customer expectations • Support workforce management activities including onboarding coordination, staffing support, mentorship, and team oversight • Track operational risks, issues, and service delivery concerns and assist with resolution efforts • Provide regular operational updates, reports, and briefings to leadership and customers • Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational standardization efforts across programs Program Management Responsibilities • Serve as alternate Point of Contact (POC) for Government customers when required • Support planning, execution, reporting, and coordination activities across multiple contracts and task orders • Participate in operational planning, implementation, integration, testing, and documentation activities • Assist with lifecycle planning and refresh projections for AV/VTC infrastructure and related technologies • Support contract execution activities and ensure compliance with operational requirements and service expectations • Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to maintain successful program execution Technical Leadership Apply working knowledge of: • Professional AV systems • Video Teleconferencing (VTC) technologies • Audio/video conferencing environments • Video display and projection systems • Control systems • Enterprise IP-based networks • Provide operational and technical guidance to support enterprise AV/VTC initiatives • Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for modernization and operational improvements • Assist with troubleshooting escalations and technical coordination efforts when needed Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Federal Government IT, AV/VTC, or enterprise technology programs • Experience in project coordination, team leadership, service delivery, or program support roles • Strong understanding of AV/VTC operational environments and customer support requirements • Experience coordinating teams, operational meetings, or customer-facing activities • Familiarity with Federal contract operations and service delivery environments • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment • Active Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred) Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience supporting enterprise AV/VTC operations • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or related project management training • InfoComm CTS or related AV certifications • ITIL or ITSM familiarity • Experience leading operational meetings or coordinating multi-team efforts • Experience supporting DoD or Federal enterprise environments • Familiarity with DoD or Federal enterprise collaboration infrastructure
