FDM is seeking a Delivery Lead located remotely to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 months but may be extended.
This role will be remote with requirements to be in office 2x per quater.
Das bringst du mitWe are looking for external support of each of the 3 Value streams from a Delivery Lead perspective that will assist the overall execution and management of the 14 projects within those streams from initiation to closing. Each project will have 1 or more Project Manager.
The role for the candidates includes but not limited to:
- Delivery management
- Defining stream goals
- Coaching and assisting PM's - critical piece
- Manage dependencies/interdependencies, risks, issues, and escalations from within and external to the stream.
- Escalation from within the stream, to Programme Manager
- Ensure governance is adhered to
- Oversee budget for value stream, report into one overall view.
- Ensure change management standards are followed
- Drive status reporting, ensuring PM's deliver, readable, summarize, to a consolidated weekly status report
- Report issues and constraints back to the Program Manager
- A team personality fit is essential
- 12. A fundamental understanding of the included technology to aid in decision making and Change Planning/Implementation
