Full Job Description
Location: Negotiable (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to join our team as the Associate Manager, Service Delivery Operations. This role is central to supporting and advancing an active finance transformation engagement, providing the operational leadership, analytical rigor, and technical expertise needed to deliver high-quality outcomes for our client. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in corporate accounting or shared services, paired with advanced data and reporting tool proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day service delivery operations in support of a large-scale finance transformation initiative, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time


  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Alteryx workflows to automate and streamline financial reporting and data processes


  • Oversee chartfield/COA maintenance processes and enterprise reporting functions within the client's ERP environment (PeopleSoft)


  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with client finance and accounting stakeholders, serving as a key operational point of contact


  • Apply advanced Excel-based financial modeling to support analysis, reconciliations, and process documentation


  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across finance operations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights


  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional team activities, supporting training, documentation, and change management efforts tied to the transformation


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance operations, or shared services
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Alteryx experience, including design and development of complex, production-grade workflows


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft or a comparable ERP system
  • Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Experience supporting finance transformation, system implementations, or process redesign initiatives
  • Background in a consulting, shared services, or outsourced finance environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for financial reporting and visualization
