Full Job Description
The work:

The Delivery Lead takes overall accountability, leadership, and management of a team directly supporting program and client objectives. Responsible for client engagement, work estimation, developing epics and stories, managing team schedule and workload, issue escalation, and ensuring team tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Here's what you need:
  • 5+ years' experience leading small to medium teams delivering value to clients
  • 2+ years of experience acting as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager to develop and refine backlogs, and User Stories
  • Experience mobilizing new Agile projects and teams including developing Product Vision, roadmaps and establishing working agreements
  • Familiar with the basic principles of agile software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, BDD)
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Active Secret security clearance required

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, specifically: Scrum and Kanban
  • One or more of the following certifications, or equivalent, are preferred but not required:
    • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
    • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
    • PMP

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
