As a Delivery Consultant, Maintenance Solutions on the Enterprise Operations as a Service team, you will be responsible for...
  • Support day-to-day Workday Financials activities, including ticket triage, issue investigation, defect resolution, testing, and production support.
  • Execute configuration updates and process changes across Workday Financials modules based on approved business and system requirements.
  • Analyze financial process issues, identify root causes, document findings, and recommend corrective actions within established service delivery procedures.
  • Partner with client stakeholders, functional leads, and cross-functional teams to support month-end, quarter-end, and operational business processes.
  • Maintain support documentation, test evidence, knowledge articles, and status reporting for ongoing Workday Financials operations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to obtain required Workday certification
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials in an implementation, application management, or operations environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials configuration, testing, or production support
  • Experience supporting one or more Workday Financials modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expenses, Procurement, or Banking and Settlement
  • Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
    • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
    • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
    • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
    • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
