Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI/MLOps products. You will specialize in IBM's Data Platform, working with products such as OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Deliver Client Services: Provide expert consulting services to clients, helping them to optimize their AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.
Implement Solutions: Apply knowledge of IBM's Data Platform products to implement solutions that meet client needs and improve their overall AI/MLOps capabilities.
Support Product Adoption: Assist clients in adopting and using AI/MLOps products, ensuring they get the most out of their investment and achieve desired business outcomes.
Analyze Client Data: Perform analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.

Required technical and professional expertise
Exposure to AI/MLOps Products: Familiarity with AI/MLOps products, including configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis, with ability to apply this knowledge to deliver expert consulting services to clients.
IBM Data Platform Knowledge: Understanding of IBM's Data Platform products, including OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data, with ability to implement solutions that meet client needs.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to perform analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Coding Skills: Proficiency in one or more current programming languages. Proficiency in one or more development enviornment.
Solution Implementation Experience: Exposure to implementing solutions that meet client needs and improve their overall AI/MLOps capabilities.
Consulting Service Delivery: Experience working with clients to deliver expert consulting services, helping them to optimize their AI/MLOps product configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.

Preferred technical and professional experience
Additional AI/MLOps Product Knowledge: Exposure to other AI/MLOps products beyond IBM's Data Platform, including configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.
Advanced Data Analysis Techniques: Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques to identify complex trends, opportunities, and challenges in client data.
Industry-Specific AI/MLOps Experience: Exposure to delivering AI/MLOps consulting services in specific industries, such as finance, healthcare, or retail.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
