Delegation Oversight SpecialistPosition Type: Full-Time ContractDuration: 03 MonthsLocation: Philadelphia, PA As a Delegation Oversight Specialist you will:- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support oversight activities, monitor performance, prepare reports, and present findings.
- Conduct audits, assessments, and quality reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and update member letters to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, state, federal and accreditation requirements.
- Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting tools.
- Assist with process improvement efforts and development of standardized workflows and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate will have:- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality management, vendor management, project coordination, auditing, or related field.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualification:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working with external vendors, delegated entities, or provider organizations.
