Job Description:• Ensure and maintain technical cleanliness of all production process
• Manage particle generation when bringing in new equipment
• Manage the inflow of particles by operator movement
• Manage and improve quality of cleanliness on a regular schedule
• Review and inspect material specifications of new equipment
• Check the air cleanliness of CDA / N2 supply to process equipment
• Enhance DSM (Defect Source Map) to improve particle-induced low-voltage defects
• Survey and improve DSM points by analyzing particles and identifying phenomena
• Extensive deployment of particle improvement specifications
• Respond to external and internal issues due to particle contamination
Job Responsibilities:• Regular measurements of elimination units, (B&S Units, Magnet bars) based on resp. map & environmental measurement, followed by Defect Source Map (DSM).
• Microscope analysis of particles found (Element Analysis, LIBS, SEM)
• Improve non-conformities identified within production equipment
• Collect nonconformity information & monitor progress status for long term improvement
• Share Best Practices with appropriate teams to address cleanliness concerns
• Direct members training (DSM, critical points)
• Particle and DSM common specification revision, application of Global best practices, evaluation of results and new tech.
• Inspect of manufacturing equipment after installation
• Confirm application status of foreign material DE specifications
• Inspection of equipment before mass production - 100% application confirmation
• Implement particle elimination strategies - Air blower/Suction unit, Magnetic bar, Particle suction (Welding, cutter, etc.)
• Implement adhesion prevention - Covering, Sticky mat, Air flow
• Collect particle sample from running equipment and analyze the elemental composition
• Build and develop Particle Defect Source Map (DSM) library
• Develop Particle management standard and process establishment for management.
• Develop improvements to particle monitoring & management processes
• Blowing & Suction condition optimization (Computational Fluid Dynamics)
• Perform periodic monitoring of DSM improvements
Qualifications and Competencies:• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Engineering (Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Electric/etc.) or equivalent.
• 1- 3 years' experience in Engineering or Quality roles in an industrial environment, preferred.
• Need and capability of finding improvement ideas for yield in components and inspections
• Positive, dedicated attitude and demonstrated effectiveness to achieve given goals within due dates
• The willingness and ability to work flexible hours occasionally to support team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open-mindedness
• Drive Effective Problem Solving and support team to implement solutions
• Knowledge of appropriate measures of performance and applicable standards
• Preparation of meaningful reports on work performed and conclusions
• Ability to obtain, understand and apply relevant information

Employee may be exposed to or working with hazardous materials and/or hazardous waste. Upon hire, employee will receive initial Environmental training over RCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, and emergency escalation. Annual refresher training will be completed every year after to fulfill the requirements of 40 CFR. Other training to be provided as required.
