You lead a high-performing remote team and curate market-ready offerings and talent that accelerate Growth (pursuit, solutioning) and Delivery (execution) from enterprise to edge. You also lead IRAD investments to shape, prove, and transition leading and bleeding-edge technologies-both from partners and from novel approaches we develop-into differentiated customer outcomes.

HOW WILL A CTO Cyber Capability Team Lead MAKE AN IMPACT?

Own the full-spectrum Cyber capability: define and continuously evolve offerings across offensive, defensive, OT/ICS, and platform & weapons cyber; ensure each capability has clear value props, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks.

Lead end-to-end solutioning for Defense: translate complex mission requirements into compliant, compelling architectures; drive Zero Trust/RMF alignment in proposals, orals, and executive briefings.

Accelerate Growth and Delivery: shape opportunities, partner with offering owners and delivery leaders, and integrate capabilities to open new business and shorten time-to-value.

Direct IRAD strategy and execution: prioritize bets, run experiments and proofs, integrate leading/bleeding-edge partner tech, and measure transition-to-program (T2P) and value created; operationalize wins across the portfolio.

Stand up communities of practice: produce patterns, playbooks, and reusable assets for modernizing enterprise and edge environments; broadcast wins and codify best practices.

Elevate delivery excellence: align methods to customer needs, enforce outcome metrics and operating cadence, and coach teams for performance in dynamic selling and delivery contexts.

Lead across a matrix: drive crisp decisions with executive presence; collaborate deeply across CTO, Growth, and Delivery organizations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field or equivalent experience of four more years of work experience
