Full Job Description
The Decision Intelligence Analyst is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex multi-step AI agents, predictive models, and analytical automations that support the BIA functions. This role serves as the scientific authority on agent design patterns and provides statistical assessments for incoming build requests, working under the direction of the DI Manager.

Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions
  • Design and build complex AI agents, multi-step orchestrations and complex models using Claude Code and related tooling owned end-to-end by this role in partnership with the requesting CDP or function lead.
  • Maintain and update live agents as business conditions change: adjust thresholds, update logic, debug failures, and coordinate with Data Reliability on data pipeline issues; Monitor the health of assigned agents; flag output anomalies to Manager; perform debugging on known issue types.
  • Assess technical feasibility of incoming DI build requests; estimate complexity; advise the Manager on sequencing and architecture decisions;
  • Document build logic, data inputs, and maintenance runbooks for all assigned automations.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education/Experience

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in math, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, data science, or engineering
  • 2 years experience OR a higher education degree in statistics, analytics, computer science or data science
  • Experience with Claude API or similar LLM development platforms
  • Experience with Python and data manipulation libraries (pandas, etc.)
  • Experience in analytics engineering, data science, or software development
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs or prompt engineering
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to build quality

Preferred:
  • Experience in data sampling, statistics, and classification and prediction models
  • Familiarity with CPG data sources or commercial data environments
  • Experience with SQL, dbt, or data pipeline tooling

Work Environment: Standard professional office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Employees are expected to work on-site 2-3 days per week, with specific in-office days determined by business needs, including collaboration, planning sessions, training activities, and other team or leadership meetings.

Travel: Minimal. Up to 5%.
