The Opportunity
As a Deals Accelerated Solutions IT Senior Associate, you will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will manage and optimize IT costs while maximizing the value delivered by technology investments. Your role will involve analyzing IT spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize IT resources and investments.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will validate that technology solutions align with business priorities, are cost-effective, and deliver measurable value, enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining professional and technical standards, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to enhance technology infrastructure
- Analyzing IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation
- Developing strategies to maximize the value delivered by technology investments
- Validating that technology solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable value
- Managing and inspiring teams to navigate complex situations and deliver quality outcomes
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to foster long-term relationships
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business performance metrics to inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
- Leveraging a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate innovative solutions and solve problems
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance
- Navigating complex situations with analytical thinking
- Utilizing Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for strategic insights
- Managing cost control and reduction initiatives effectively
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial forecasting and due diligence

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
