• Fluency in healthcare or collections with presumptive closing skills
• Self-direction with portfolio management experience
• Disciplined and compliant documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience is prioritized

Responsibilities

• Recover provider group overpayments through assertive, persuasive outreach.
• Own each provider process from initial contact to approved repayment.
• Make over 20 productive calls per day focusing on quality interactions.
• Navigate professional objections and escalations effectively.
• Maintain clean documentation using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
• Demonstrate urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution in work.
• Engage only warm calls to medical providers, no cold calls involved.
