Your Impact

As a Deal Desk Senior, you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging deep subject matter expertise and strategic insight to shape complex deal structures. You will play a critical role in driving scalable growth, optimizing deal velocity, and ensuring alignment with PTC's financial and operational goals.

This role requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional who can influence decision-making, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor others in best practices. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Deal Architecture
  • Lead the design and execution of complex, high-value deal structures that support long-term customer success and company growth.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align deal strategy with business objectives, including ARR growth, cash flow optimization, and churn reduction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, revenue recognition standards, and pricing governance.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a senior liaison across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and transparency in deal execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate resolution of complex deal-related issues.
  • Represent the Deal Desk in strategic planning sessions and process improvement initiatives.
  • Advocate for scalable solutions that reduce friction and improve seller productivity.


Operational Excellence & Enablement
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of Salesforce (SFDC) data and deal documentation.
  • Lead the development and delivery of enablement programs for sellers and internal stakeholders on deal desk processes and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance deal velocity and compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of Deal Desk operations.


Skills & Qualifications

PTC carefully considers a wide variety of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $84,600- $115,500. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs.
