Position: DC Infra Eng II - AMZ25152.5

Location: Austin, TX

Multiple Positions Available:

1. Lead and facilitate collaboration with multiple teams including construction, programmers, sourcing, and team managers as necessary to accomplish initiative goals.

2. Have deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, building operations, mechanical plant strategies, BMS/EPMS programming concepts, control diagrams, industrial HVAC, electrical line-ups, one-line diagrams, and complex environmental and electrical concepts.

3. Data center redundancy, mechanical failure strategies, energy and water conservation best-case practices and data reporting analytics.

4. Knowledge of how to successfully operate in high security critical environments while maximizing productivity.

5. Innovation of new solutions to support initiative, team, and company goals.

6. Review of Sequence of operation, interpret change requests

7. Create, maintain, and disseminate specification documents that pertain to global projects.

8. Create support mechanisms for mechanical and electrical controls products.

9. Interaction with AWS cloud services and other applications to present, archive and analyze accumulated data.

10. Domestic or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $124259 - $160000)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include:

1) 3 years of experience with BMS or PLC design and programming sequence logic in CoDeSys and similar IDEs.

2) 3 years of experience designing or contributing to the design of Controls and Monitoring solution projects.

3) 3 years of experience working with complex control systems including electrical and mechanical devices.

4) 3 years of experience working with AutoCAD, ePLAN or similar software

5) 3 years of experience driving large-scale enterprise data center or critical environment projects and reporting (WBR, MBR, QBR etc).

6) 3 years of experience with the use and programming automation or PLC software

7) 3 years of experience with devices such as Servo motors and Variable frequency drives

8) 3 years of design and integration experience with Industrial IOT solutions
