Full Job Description
We are seeking a Dayforce-experienced HRMS professional to lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of our HR technology platform. This is a hybrid implementation + long-term ownership role ideal for someone who enjoys both building systems from the ground up and optimizing them post-launch.

Scope:

This role will begin with a strong focus on end-to-end implementation of key Dayforce modules, including onboarding, recruitment, compensation, succession planning, and metrics & dashboards. Once implementation is complete, the role will transition into the primary system owner and subject matter expert, responsible for ongoing support, enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Implementation & Build
  • Lead the implementation of Dayforce modules, including:

o Onboarding

o Recruitment

o Compensation

o Succession Planning

o Metrics & Dashboards
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system design and configuration
  • Configure workflows, business rules, forms, and integrations within Dayforce
  • Manage data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
  • Support deployment, change management, and user adoption

Phase 2: System Ownership & Optimization
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Dayforce
  • Manage day-to-day system operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Lead ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature releases
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, reporting, and governance practices
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making
  • Provide training and guidance to HR and the business
  • Maintain system documentation, workflows, and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on Dayforce experience, including module implementation and post-go-live support
  • Proven experience implementing HRIS modules such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, or talent management
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system configuration
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading or supporting HRIS implementations
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Dayforce certification or implementation experience is considered an asset
