ScopeThe Data Operations Analyst is responsible for establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide data standards and processes. This strategic role ensures our data is accurate, consistent, secure, and accessible to authorized users. You will lead initiatives to improve data quality, implement data governance frameworks, and manage the complete data lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to maximize the value and trustworthiness of our data assets.
Responsibilities- Ongoing Data Management: Lead in monitoring and managing all Data Operations pipelines with a focus on cleansing and reviewing corporate structures and company level data.
- Incident Management & Resolution: Lead the response to data-related user questions, from initial triage to root cause analysis and post-mortem. Define and/or implement preventative measures to minimize future issues.
- Knowledge Development: leverage and build your understanding of company level data and how the firm captures, cleans and utilizes it to support process improvement and answer internal queries.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the automation of operational tasks, including process / system deployments and data validation.
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with Banker Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met. Serve as a key escalation point for data-related issues.
- Process Improvement & Strategy: Identify opportunities for improvement across the business and partner with other groups to enhance reliability and efficiency of internal processes.
- Management of legacy processes as needed.
Basic Qualifications- 1-3 years of industry experience, with a preference towards operational and / or research roles.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong financial and computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff.
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong interest in operations, investment banking, accounting, or consulting experience is preferred.

The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$80,000-$100,000
Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
