Who WE are looking for:

The Database Manager is responsible for the planning, development, execution and the overall integrity of customer data and as well as analysis of all database marketing programs and campaigns. This position is responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing all functions pertaining to analyzing actual and budgeted Financial and Marketing data in addition to development of forecasting and proforma models, in accordance with the established company policies, procedures and controls, while maintaining the strictest level of confidence.

What is expected of YOU:

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for list and lead generation.
  • Manages and develops the full customer database lifecycle program inclusive of goals, strategies, program development, program execution, and program analytics.
  • Responsible for all direct marketing programs for the property including direct mail, emails, SMS, and VIP campaigns.
  • Maintains database integrity and works closely with IT department in troubleshooting issues.
  • Gathers, modifies and queries data needed for Direct Marketing lists for campaigns as well as formatting and delivering the lists to appropriate parties.
  • Sets up direct marketing programs within approved gaming systems.
  • Monitors and analyzes all direct marketing programs.
  • Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Responsible for the management of the Database Marketing team inclusive of interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination as needed.
  • Assists the database team in validating data proofs for every Direct Mail campaign.
  • Analyzes player revenue trends using surveys and player frequency information.
  • Produces program performance reports for executive review.
  • Responsible for competitive shopping program and program reports
  • Formulates, administers and enforces departmental policies and performance standards.
  • Manages Promotional; Kiosk systems
  • Provides recommendations for marketing initiatives.
  • Always demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations.
  • Manage departmental financial and budgeting.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Experience YOU will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, statistics, business administration, marketing, computer science or related area from a four-year college or university.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in casino database marketing or casino analytics
  • Must have a strong knowledge of database marketing principles and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, DML and DDL scripts is required.
  • Ability to write and build queries.
  • Previous experience in report writing and analysis development required.
  • Previous experience in budgeting, forecasting and proforma development and management required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
  • Ability to climb, bend, reach, walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
  • Ability to hear and communicate via telephone and radio.
  • Ability to push, pull, transport and lift items up to 30 pounds.

  • Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range:

  • $72,500-$116,250
