PROJECT:
Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders, and information technology (IT) support.

- Creating and maintaining new technical solutions
- Enhancing existing applications by integrating new technology components and capabilities
- Assisting the customer in understanding and evaluating new technologies with respect to their current and future needs

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE performing database administration, engineering, or design in support of system engineering, software development, or related activities
- Experience with any of the following technologies and applications:
- MS SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Oracle DB
- AWS Aurora, RDS
- ArcGIS
- RESTful web services
- Experience with any of the following a plus:
- Java/Javascript
- HTML/CSS
- SharePoint
- Powershell
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Docker
- Atlassian suite (Jira, etc.)
- Cloud-based platforms
- Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments a strong plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in system engineering field or equivalent technical/scientific discipline from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of related professional experience
- Must be US Citizen
- Active TS/SCI with full-scope polygraph clearance required.
- Must be able to work in a flexible/fluid environment.
- Strong written and verbal communicate skills.
- Ability to facilitate/lead IT projects and teams.
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
