This role moves beyond routine maintenance to include proactive performance tuning, the development of automation scripts, and the implementation of high-availability solutions. The DBA works independently to resolve complex issues and ensures that database systems are resilient and optimized for business needs.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in database administration.

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Database Administrator Associate.

The Compensation range for this role is $95,000 -$115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
