Overview

 The Database Administrator Engineer Portal provides comprehensive database management and design support for the task order for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, engineering, analysis, and developer support for computer-aided design, finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, simulation, and testing, instrumentation and experimentation, data analysis and modeling, software development, data analysis, and operational implementation, and concepts.
  • Provide engineering, technical, and operational advisors with knowledge of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy related to evolving and emerging threats, including improvised explosive devices and unmanned aircraft, to advise on requirements and concepts.
  • Develop application of instrumentation and analytical techniques for system evaluation, to support experimentation and system development.
  • Maintain Government unclassified and classified knowledge management portal sites accessible to Government-approved Contractor personnel, Government personnel, approved agencies, and partner nations. The knowledge management portal sites will be placed on government-directed websites/locations accessible via NIPR, SIPR, and JWICs, as the information classification allows.
  • Post products/reports to each of the knowledge management portal(s), as the classification allows to create a centralized repository of Government-identified products/information on each network.
  • Move previously released products/reports to each knowledge management portal(s), as the classification allows.
  • Coordinate with product/report authors to tag each product/report with appropriate tags, keywords, and/or metadata on each knowledge management portal, as the classification allows.
  • Provide version control to products/reports to ensure stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information.
  • Structure information with clear categories, tags, and metadata.
  • Monitor discussion forums, commenting sections, and rating systems to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Organize information/products/reports in a way that is easily digestible to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Required:

 

  • BA/BS with experience managing government programs, with 8 years of experience, or AS/AA with 10 years of similar experience
  • Demonstrated experience with DBMS design, system analysis, and programming, current operating systems software internals, data manipulation techniques and languages, and current DBMS technologies.
  • TS/SCI Clearance

 

Salary Range: $115,253 - $139,044

 

The above salary range represents a general guidline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. 

 

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
