You will design and implement tools that improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and enable more advanced analytics capabilities, while also exploring how AI and automation can enhance data operations over time.

What you'll do

  • Analyze current workflows, identify pain points, and translate them into scalable data engineering solutions
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs
  • Partner with offshore teams to automate repetitive processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve data issues
  • Explore and apply AI/ML techniques (e.g., anomaly detection, intelligent data matching) to enhance validation and insights
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to increase scalability, accuracy, and performance

What you'll need
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Prefect)
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and reconciliation best practices
  • Proven ability to solve complex data challenges and work independently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., lease, occupancy, facilities platforms) is a plus
