Summary:The Data Warehouse SME will be the EDW team lead.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Optimize SQL Server databases for performance, scalability, reliability, and availability.
- Develop and support ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other data integration tools.
- Create and maintain reporting and analytical solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Microsoft Power BI.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into effective database and reporting solutions.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years of total database experience. 12+ years of those 15 years should be SQL Server experience.
- Experience with SQL Server databases of at least 5 TB and a billion total rows of data.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience with MS tools such as SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI, and ADO as well as modern data management tools such as Python, R and Cloud services.
- Must have a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $221,000 to $276,000 annually.
