Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Data Scientist to join our IoT & Digital Assessment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and advanced proficiency in Data Bricks and Python. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with various teams to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and data architecture using Data Bricks and Python.
Perform complex statistical analyses and create predictive models to provide insights that impact strategic decisions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, and identify member behavior trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize Remote Assessment use cases.
Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong focus on data analytics.
Proficiency in using advanced statistical tools, machine learning techniques, and programming languages, notably Python.
Extensive experience with Data Bricks and its integration with other data science tools.
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
