Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in data science, analytics, or computer science
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative team work
• Experience with testing and evaluation of AI/ML models
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) clients

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement data models
• Communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively
• Conduct testing and evaluation on AI/ML models for accuracy and performance
• Contribute to all-source analysis and research initiatives
• Support decision-making processes with data-driven recommendations
• Maintain documentation of methodologies and results for transparency
