  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of measurement projects

Full Job Description
Location: Montreal, QC or Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD

Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, curious, and resourceful individual who loves data and analytics to join a team that works daily at the heart of business development and technological innovation.

This person will serve as the technical engine of our Measurement practice. In this key role, you will be the core subject matter expert leading the end-to-end execution of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), predictive analytics, and performance measurement. You will bridge advanced statistical modeling with strategic client delivery, working directly alongside client-facing Measurement Directors, Insights Analysts, and Data Architects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical voice in client-facing presentations, explaining complex econometric concepts, model outputs, and optimization recommendations in accessible business terms.
  • Serve as the core technical contact with our MMM model supplier, driving the implementation, calibration, and intelligence using our advanced predictive tool, AIOS.
  • Run and refine custom traditional Marketing Mix Models utilizing our Arima partner tool
  • Evaluate and optimize parameters including paid, owned, 3rd party medias and macro factors
  • Partner with Account Directors to translate client business questions into actionable analytical frameworks, executive-ready dashboards and performance reports.
  • Collaborate daily with Data Architects to validate input data quality, harmonized data collection, taxonomies, and cross-channel normalizations prior to modeling.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to streamline end-to-end measurement project schedules, ensuring timely ingestion, calibration, and report generation.


Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • 3+ years experience in Data Science, Econometrics, or Quantitative Marketing Analytics
  • Proven track record in Marketing Mix Modeling
  • Knowledge of the Google suite such as NotebookLM, Looker, BigQuery, and Workspace
  • Ability to articulate complex statistical methodologies clearly
  • Natural problem-solving casting and comfortable in a fast-paced innovative environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in communication, prompting, and programming.
  • Bachelor's+ in Econometrics, Statistics, Data or Computer Science, or similar discipline.
  • Experience in media agencies, martech consulting, or enterprise client analytics.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an essential asset for candidates based in Montreal.
