Design and develop advanced AI and Generative AI models to address complex business problems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions within the BlueverseAI Fundamentals framework Analyze and optimize AI algorithms for improved performance and scalability Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and generative technologies to drive innovation Utilize Agentic Framework concepts to enhance AI system autonomy and decisionmaking capabilities Participate in code reviews testing and deployment of AI components ensuring high quality standards
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of AIGenerative AI initiatives aligned with organizational goals Mentor junior team members in AI best practices and BlueverseAI Fundamentals methodologies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Drive continuous improvement by researching and adopting emerging technologies including Agentic Framework Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in AI model development Document AI models workflows and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference
