Full Job Description
Position Summary:

As a Data Reporting Analyst on the Customer Success team, your mission is to make business data trustworthy, accessible, and ready for both human and autonomous agent consumption. Working at the intersection of operations, strategic planning, and AI infrastructure, you'll partner with and be accountable to business stakeholders across the organization, surfacing insights that grow revenue, serve customers better, and support timely decision making.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and deliver ongoing reporting, including report automation, dashboard design, and data accessibility
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns across complex datasets to improve revenue, costs, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with senior business leaders to define goals and measurements for strategic initiatives and monitor their impact against revenue and ROI targets
  • Design and maintain data reporting systems and structures aligned to business needs
  • Partner with technology to prepare datasets for LLM and agentic workflow consumption, including context rich schemas and business ontology


Where You'll Work:

This role is hybrid, based out of our Minneapolis, MN office headquarters. We Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. This role will be required to be on-site up about 2x a week.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience (analytics, reporting, marketing data analysis or financial analysis); or a Master's degree without experience; or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience with, business intelligence/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc) cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks etc), query languages (SQL, Power Query/M,DAX), and programming/statistical languages (Python/R, etc)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Adept at communication and presenting findings to a diverse audience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, data sets and timelines
  • Familiarity with data governance tools and concepts (data catalogs, quality frameworks, semantic modeling)
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and how they consume data


Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Math, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Management or Statistics
  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud-native data environment

The annual salary range for this role is: $72,200- $93,200. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
