Position: Data Quality (DQ) Lead
Location: Minnesota (Open for Remote).

Role Description
Own enterprise data-quality strategy for MDM/RDM, including profiling, standardisation, matching quality, validation, scorecards, remediation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish data-quality dimensions, thresholds and acceptance criteria by domain and enterprise-wide.
• Profile Patient/Person/Provider, Location and reference/mapping data before and after transformation.
• Define completeness, validity, uniqueness, consistency, conformity, timeliness and referential-integrity rules.
• Design address/name/phone/provider/location standardisation and validation (Informatica IDQ / Address Doctor).
• Partner with the MDM/Informatica leads on match thresholds, duplicate detection and false-match analysis.
• Design exception management, remediation queues and root-cause analysis.
• Create DQ scorecards and trend reporting; version, test and reprocess rule changes with audit.
• Support migration reconciliation and production monitoring.

Required Experience & Skills
• 8+ years in data quality, with hands-on Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Address Doctor.
• Strong profiling, standardisation and rule design.
• Experience improving MDM match precision and recall.
• Strong analytical and root-cause skills.
Good to Have
• Healthcare provider/specialty standardisation.
• AI-assisted cleansing and anomaly detection.
• Cloud-native DQ implementation.
The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
