Job Description

Join our HR Data & Analytics team to help deliver a data entitlements framework that enables governed access to workforce analytics. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and key stakeholders to support day-to-day execution and adoption. This role offers hands-on experience translating operating models into clear requirements, tracking progress, and reporting metrics that matter.

As a Data Product Manager - Sr. Associate in the HR Data & Analytics team, you will help execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data entitlements that enable workforce analytics dashboards. You will contribute to day-to-day product delivery by documenting requirements, organizing stakeholder working sessions, supporting policy and role design (role-based access control and attribute-based access control), tracking delivery progress, and helping define and report adoption and entitlement performance metrics.

Job responsibilities
  • Support product strategy and roadmap execution for enterprise data entitlements by gathering inputs, documenting decisions, and tracking milestones.
  • Assist with role and access design for HR and employee data elements across access types (for example, read-only, masked, privileged).
  • Maintain an entitlement taxonomy (for example, data assets vs. data attributes vs. data concepts) by updating documentation and ensuring consistent usage across teams.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement (working sessions, demos, training materials, frequently asked questions) to drive adoption of entitlement standards and best practices.
  • Support backlog management by writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization materials aligned to customer needs, risk and control requirements, and strategic value.
  • Produce requirements and specification artifacts that translate the operating model into build-ready deliverables, partnering closely with entitlement engineering teams and data platform product managers.
  • Maintain the execution plan and multi-phase roadmap, including risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies logs and release readiness checklists.
  • Contribute to standard operating procedures and procedures related to entitlement operations (requests, approvals, recertifications, exceptions), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Track and report key metrics (for example, time to grant access, entitlement volume, adoption by line of business, percentage of access patterns) and support continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Legal, Controls, and Privacy to ensure governance controls, auditability, and compliance requirements are reflected in requirements and release artifacts.

  • 2+ years of experience in product, business analysis, data governance, access controls, or risk and control
  • Working understanding of entitlement concepts such as role-based access control, attribute-based access control, and policy-driven access models

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting updates and facilitating working sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with audit, logging, and monitoring concepts, including evidence expectations and why auditability matters

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
  • Familiarity with data platforms and concepts such as datasets, data attributes, data classification, data pipelines, and dashboard consumption patterns
  • Exposure to policy authoring or entitlement tools and comfort partnering with engineering teams on implementation details
