What will your typical day look like?Role OverviewWe are seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of data products within the Global Data Platform.
This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that data products deliver measurable value, are aligned to enterprise priorities, and are built with clear requirements and strong adoption focus.
The Data Product Manager will own product vision and roadmap, intake and prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned data products
- Align product objectives with business priorities and enterprise data strategy
- Own the intake funnel and manage backlog prioritization
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborate with data product pods to ensure delivery alignment
- Engage stakeholders and lead product reviews and prioritization sessions
- Communicate roadmaps, releases, and delivery progress
- Define and monitor KPIs, adoption, and business value realization
- Partner with domain modelers and architects to ensure alignment
- Participate in governance forums and ensure adherence to standards

Enough about us, let's talk about youRequired Skills & Experience- At least 4 years of experience managing data or analytics products
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
- Understanding of data pipelines and data platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into data use cases
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams
Nice to Have- Experience with data governance frameworks
- Familiarity with Databricks or modern analytics platforms
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
- Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals / Databricks platform training
- Product management certification
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
