Managing Director, Data Platform Enablement reporting to the Global Head of Data Platform Enablement. The role will lead the enterprise strategy, adoption, and value realization of State Street's data platform ecosystem, ensuring data investments deliver measurable business outcomes across all lines of business and geographies. This executive will define the multi-year platform vision, lead a global enablement organization, and partner with senior business and technology leaders to accelerate data-driven transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Data Platform Enablement you will:
- Lead the execution of Data Platform Enablement strategies, driving adoption, deployment, and measurable business outcomes across State Street's lines of business and geographies.
- Execute and operationalize the enterprise Data Platform Enablement strategy, translating platform capabilities and reusable data assets into scalable business solutions and repeatable adoption patterns.
- Lead a global Data Platform Enablement and Field Deployment Engineering organization that partners directly with business domains to deploy platform capabilities, solve integration and adoption challenges, accelerate use case delivery, and drive accountability for business value realization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing investment decisions, platform priorities, and transformation initiatives while ensuring data platforms deliver sustained business value, operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Drive adoption and reuse of enterprise data products, reusable data assets, and standardized data definitions, promoting consistency and scalability across business domains.
- Champion developer, analyst, and business-user enablement through onboarding, best practices, and self-service data consumption models that improve platform accessibility and accelerate realization of business value.
- Serve as the voice of business users by identifying platform adoption barriers, usability challenges, and data product gaps, and partnering with Data Platform Engineering, Data Architecture, and AI Platform Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in with 15+ year of experience in Field Engineering, Solution Engineering, Platform Enablement or a related field
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale data and/or platform transformations and complex integrations.
- Strong technical background in data platform technology, data engineering, cloud and distributed systems
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence and execute effectively with business stakeholders
- Ability to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes and value
- Experience in global financial services or complex enterprise environments
- Experience leading global teams across multiple regions
- Managing strategic vendor and partner relationships.
Work Requirement - Hybrid work arrangement consistent with State Street policy.
Additional Locations Salary Range:$170,000 - $282,500 Annual
