We are seeking an early career individual with an interest in data management/analysis and systems engineering. The successful candidate will interface with Information Management personnel who will provide training in the use of the Confluence tool used in the Wiki sites and the processes for managing internal and external NASA and contractor chaired meetings, documentation management and executing directive actions associated with NASA's Artemis and Moon to Mars Programs. You will also interface with the IAS Data Integration Coordinator, document owners, and various IAS management team members. You will also be trained and expected to eventually lead this effort. Responsibilities include: - Updating and formatting Integrated Avionics and Software (IAS) Wiki sites and meeting databases, especially those that relate to Interface Control Documents (ICDs). - Updating spreadsheets related to Review Item Discrepancies (RIDs), Review Comments, Engineering Document Updates (a.k.a. TBXs), Task Teams minutes, managing documentation deadlines, documentation reviews, and directive actions. Qualifications Degree in an Engineering related field with the following years of experience strongly preferred: - Ph.D. with some experience - MS with at least 3 years of experience, or - BS with at least 5-10 years of experience. Must be a US Citizen and have a STAR ID Essential Functions Work Environment: Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Requires travel in the domestic USA (5%). Requires ability to work at a computer for long periods of time (100%). Physical Requirements: Requires sitting for extended periods of time in meetings with peers, management, and with our client at NASA facilities to discuss technical issues (10%).
