What you will do:

- Forecasting and Recommendations: Construct forecasts and develop strategic and tactical plans based on thorough business data analysis and market knowledge.
- Report Specification: Create detailed specifications for reports and analyses based on business needs, ensuring alignment with available data elements.
- Consultation and Leadership: Provide consultation to users, leading cross-functional teams to address and resolve business issues effectively.
- Data Production: Utilize system reporting tools to produce datasets and reports, facilitating in-depth analysis and informed decision-making.
- Program Support: Support the development and optimization of partner programs and incentive structures through advanced analytics and modeling techniques. Global and geo specific support is required.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong consulting skills, with experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts.
The salary range for this position is $88,510.00 - $141,630.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
