Position Details:The Data Insights Analyst plays a critical role within the Data Operations team by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide organizational strategy and performance. This hands-on role is responsible for designing robust data structures, mining complex datasets, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization. The Analyst collaborates closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify trends, uncover patterns, and deliver insights that strengthen population health, operational effectiveness, and strategic decision-making.
This position requires deep technical expertise paired with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams. The Analyst must bring a disciplined approach to data architecture and SQL development, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable, reliable data sets and dashboards to support business intelligence, analytics, and population health initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand program and business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to enable efficient reporting and analysis.
- Consolidate data from internal and external sources to enhance comparative insights and strengthen analytic outputs.
- Build, refine, and maintain databases used to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and platforms.
- Support existing reporting and analytics infrastructure in coordination with DataOps and other IT teams.
- There may be occasional instances of afterhours/weekend work required for deploying certain production changes or responding to a system outage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Data Science is required. Equivalent experience may be considered for those who can demonstrate proven success as a Business Information Architect, Data Insights Analyst, or in a comparable data-focused role within the healthcare industry.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in Power Bi Dashboard/Report Development along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and enterprise database management systems, including SQL Server.

- Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio, MS SQL, NoSQL technologies, and Spark.
