Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and organised Data Entry professional to join our team on a full-time basis at our Illinois City, Illinois, location. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining company data, playing a vital role in the efficiency of our operations. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 - $55 USD.

Responsibilities
• Accurately enter a high volume of data from various sources, such as client orders, supplier invoices, and production records, into our company database.
• Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain and update existing records on a regular basis.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for various departments as required.
• Organise and file documents to maintain a clear and accessible record-keeping system.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
