We are seeking an experienced
Data Engineer to support the development of enterprise-scale data solutions with a primary focus on
Snowflake data ingestion, data pipelines, and analytics-ready data products.
This role will be responsible for designing and building scalable data pipelines that ingest data from multiple source systems, transforming raw data into trusted datasets, and enabling downstream analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with
Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT development, cloud data platforms, and data modeling.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake
- Build ingestion solutions from multiple data sources including APIs, cloud storage, and enterprise applications
- Develop and optimize Snowflake tables, views, and curated data products for analytics consumption
- Transform raw data into trusted, business-ready datasets supporting reporting, APIs, and AI use cases
- Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across data products
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, latency issues, and data integrity challenges
- Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes
- Optimize SQL queries, Snowflake workloads, and pipeline performance
- Support data governance initiatives including metadata documentation, lineage, security, and access controls
- Partner with analytics, reporting, application, and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions
- Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and team collaboration
Required Qualifications- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including tables, views, SQL development, and performance optimization
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in complex data transformations
- Experience designing and building ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Experience with cloud data platforms and storage solutions such as AWS S3
- Experience with API-based and file-based data ingestion patterns
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts including dimensional modeling and analytics-focused data structures
- Experience troubleshooting data quality, pipeline performance, and production data issues
- Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting contact center, customer experience, or operational data platforms
- Experience with source systems such as:
- Avaya
- Genesys
- NICE
- Dynamics
- IVR platforms
- Experience with Data Mesh or Data Product architecture concepts
- Experience supporting Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools such as:
- Airflow
- Snowflake Tasks
- Similar scheduling/orchestration platforms
- Experience enabling AI and analytics solutions through curated data products, APIs, or semantic layers
