Job Description:

We're actively seeking a technically capable and motivated Data Integration Developer to join our growing Investment Risk Technology team. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that support analytics and reporting across asset management and investment risk domains. You'll work with modern tools like Snowflake, Matillion, and DBT, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

This role is on-site. You'll work at our state-of-the-art Newport Beach headquarters.

How you'll help move us forward:
  • Assist in developing and optimizing data pipelines using SQL, Matillion, and Snowflake to support financial modeling and risk analytics.
  • Support the integration and transformation of data related to Scenarios, Asset Cashflows, and Investment Risk Metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation using Azure Pipelines and Terraform.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of APIs and UI components for data access and visualization.
  • Support data architecture and governance efforts in a cloud-first environment leveraging AWS and Snowflake.


The experience you bring:
  • 2+ years of experience
  • BS Degree: IT, CS, Data Science or Statistics or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (Matillion preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake for data warehousing and transformation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Exposure to version control and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure Pipelines, and Terraform.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.


What makes you stand out:
  • Experience with DBT or similar transformation frameworks.
  • Exposure to enterprise job schedulers like Control-M.
  • Interest or background in financial services, particularly asset management or investment risk.
  • Understanding of risk concepts such as stress testing and scenario modeling.
  • Experience or interest in UI/API development for data access.
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.


Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$103,140.00 - $126,060.00
