Job SummaryWe are seeking a senior-level Data Engineer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), advanced SQL development, and enterprise ETL solutions. This role will support the modernization of data integration processes, the development of a new enterprise data warehouse, and the implementation of scalable data pipelines and data management frameworks. The ideal candidate is highly independent, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments where business requirements continue to evolve.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica IDMC, with a primary focus on Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Support the development and enhancement of enterprise data warehouse solutions and raw data environments.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries to support data integration, validation, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze data quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in building and maintaining data ingestion frameworks that support historical data retention, reprocessing, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify, document, and implement business rules and data transformation logic.
- Evaluate and improve existing ETL processes to increase visibility, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Gather requirements, identify gaps, and proactively drive solutions with minimal supervision.
- Support API-based integrations and data exchange processes where applicable.
- Participate in the enhancement of data integration frameworks and automation solutions.
- Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices for data management and integration.
- Work closely with business analysts, data consumers, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Support troubleshooting and performance optimization of enterprise data pipelines and warehouse processes.
Required Qualifications- Strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
- Advanced SQL development skills with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and analyze complex datasets.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments and large-scale data processing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and data quality principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in environments with evolving business requirements and limited documentation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Informatica IDMC Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Experience working with APIs, JSON, and API-driven integration workflows.
- Familiarity with Python and the ability to understand or support Python-based integration frameworks.
- Experience working with Oracle databases, including Oracle 19c.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience with scheduling and orchestration tools such as JAMS or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with .NET and C# development.
- Knowledge of modern data architecture, cloud-based integration platforms, and automation frameworks.
- Experience supporting data warehouse modernization or migration initiatives.
