Remote location: Minnesota, USA. Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.
Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals.
- Knowledge of safety management best practices.
- Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.

As a motivated Program Manager, you have demonstrated experience with data center design, development, construction and commissioning projects. You will provide management of large-scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will be tasked with coordinating the desires and needs of multiple partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the project on schedule and budget.
You will have experience managing large-scale technical projects in a changing industry, ability to grow in ambiguity and demonstrated problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. You should be able to conceptualize and describe the delivery of a data center facility from start to commissioning and understand the nuances and risks that you and your team will need to manage.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
