As a Hardware Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$165,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Support 24/7 Surge team operations in the Dulles International Airport (IAD) metro, with potential assignments in the following shifts: day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts.
- Contribute to efforts and projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center infrastructure.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of teams within data center operations while working together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for the global computing and network architecture.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team while achieving strategic business goals and ensuring data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage the implementation of projects within the team and drive a culture of safety at the site, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
