Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
• Experience selling to Data Center and/or General Contractors preferred
• Strong knowledge of industry and company operations
• Effective communication and accountability in job responsibilities
• Proven relationship-building skills within customer networks
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to all policies and practices
• Develop and implement market strategies and business objectives with management
• Propose and negotiate profitable revenue opportunities while building long-term relationships
• Analyze customer needs to provide suitable products and services at optimal pricing
• Own account management and revenue responsibilities for assigned accounts
• Document all sales interactions and maintain customer contact information
• Support significant job scopes and participate in customer meetings as needed
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and facility teams to drive revenue growth
• Facilitate communication between sales, operations, customer service, and customers
• Control sales expenses and ensure timely expense reporting
