Full Job Description
This position will oversee our Data Center team in Hermiston, OR. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing installations from start to finish with our DC team and to work closely with the General Manager and senior management team by performing the following duties.

Location: Hermiston, OR

Pay: $90K-$110K year + quarterly bonus

What you'll do:

Installation Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule all installations and communicate schedule to employees and customers.
  2. Work with lead installation technicians as needed to coordinate construction into master calendar.
  3. Keep Master Installation Spreadsheet (MIS) up to date.
  4. Provide installation budgets, job folders, and other information as needed to lead installation technicians starting new installs that week.
  5. Ensure all installation jobs stay under budget.
  6. Coordinate necessary change orders with customer, technician, and senior management team.
  7. Complete all installations from start to finish including reviewing initial quote, scheduling install, and staying within budget. Ensure all completed installations have a valid installation completion form prior to invoicing, match up work for invoicing, and provide wrap up folder to customer.
  8. Perform quality assurance visits to customer sites where installations are being performed. Provide support to the installation team as needed because of these visits.
  9. Update all communications with customer when installation timing changes and maintain internal calendar and communications accordingly.
  10. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Management/Administrative Responsibilities:
  1. Provide weekly schedule and report on all installations and service to General Manager, CFO, and President.
  2. Assist Branch Manager with employees' annual review including proper documentation for employee file and recommended salary change.
  3. Assist in Interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for employment.
  4. Review over/under billing and WIP report weekly and inquire with service dispatch on calls that have significant costs that remain unbilled. Print job probability detail sheet weekly and compare with warehouse Inventory.
  5. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

What you'll bring:

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

HS Diploma or GED equivalent; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven Technology Project Management experience, or equivalent experience working in security and technology.
  • 2+ years project managing complex multiple programs/projects.
  • Excellent oral, written and active listening communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects with distributed teams located in multiple time-zones.
  • Ability to understand technical systems documentation and interact with systems resources.
