Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:- Develop/maintain a complete, accurate procurement plan that will ensure purchase orders are placed with the appropriate lead times to meet project specific schedules, budgets, deliveries and risk mitigation targets.
- Communicate status regularly to the project and leadership teams.
- Manage the addition/modification of supplier records to the required purchasing systems including required document collection from the respective suppliers.
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders (PO), collecting PO acknowledgements, issuing PO change orders, leading invoice resolution activities, coordinating weekly monitoring of supplier progress to promise/need by dates, expediting suppliers, escalating to Project Sourcing Leads for commercial leverage and proactive communication with the project team.
- Manage the submission/follow-up of RFQs and lead negotiations of product and services in order to achieve cost out goals.
- Maintain a quote library of all RFQs received.
- Support the negotiation of contractual agreements where required.
- Shall discuss & prepare overall time schedule with supplier prior to order placement
- Shall provide supplier performance feedback to sourcing/commodity leader
- Shall follow all order fulfillment process & tools
- Escalate supplier quality challenges and ensure supplier recovery of costs due to quality issues.
- Enable faster project cycle by accelerating the procurement process while ensuring compliance. Drive supplier on time delivery performance while anticipating risks and escalating appropriately.
- Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college
- Minimum 4 years experience in Procurement
- Minimum 3 years of experience using SAP purchasing systems
- Minimum 2 years working turnkey and EPC Projects
- Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time, including international, and must comply with all relevant company travel and tax policies.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $82,900.00 and $138,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
