The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Oversee the computing and networking operations of a data center site(s). Ensure service level objectives are met and team performance is aligned to those goals.
  • Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of technical staff to meet objectives. Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for the team.
  • Work with others to set and implement short-term and long-term strategy for the site.
  • Identify problems and create solutions for computing and network architecture.
