Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
- 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration.
- Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment
- Track record of leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Manage daily data center operations, ensuring all team priorities directly align with broader company objectives.
- Communicate clear priorities and facilitate seamless operational hand-offs to oncoming shift leads.
- Collaborate globally to identify, resolve, and engineer solutions for our computing and network architecture.
- Manage internal project implementation while hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive a strict safety culture on-site while fostering an collaborative team environment.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
